7 Grams offer much more than food and drink. We provide several specific services and with many years experience in the festival scene we can help with all aspects of organisation and production.
Food & Drink

7 Grams source our coffee beans fresh from local roasters and blenders to offer rich strong flavours with a high caffiene content. We offer a full range of hot drinks including speciality teas and hot chocolate. We can even brew a fresh pot of home made chai.
Fresh Pizza is our house speciality, using our home made dough and freshest vegetarian ingredients.
We also provide a range of hot foods and snacks depending on the occasion. Hot potatoes, pasta, soups, stews, etc.
We also offer cakes, cookies, energy balls, or other sweet munchies, often homemade by our staff, at home or on site.
Crew Catering

By providing nutritious wholesome food during setup and tear down of your event, we ensure your crew and volunteers are always full of enthusiasm and energy.
We discuss menus with the organisers, and can also provide a relaxed, covered dining area with social and entertainment facilities (movies, games, competitions, etc) for downtimes.
We understand schedules are tight and highly flexible. We also know how much stress there can be under these circumstances. We have a willing, flexible attitude. We aim to keep the crew happy, which will make them more efficient and capable.
First Aid & Information
​
Festival organisers have a duty of care to provide a safe environment for their guests. 7 Grams provides St John certified First Aid Officers.
We can provide 24 hour response and ensure there is a responsible person available in emergencies to transport guests to the nearest medical centre, or a quiet, private area as necessary.
We are also happy to provide informaton, lost and found service, ravesafe information and be a central meeting place.
